No Bake Brownies

Ingredients:

3/4 cup almond butter

3/4 cup oats

1/4 cup Zen Basil Seeds

3 tablespoons honey/maple syrup

1/4 cup cacao powder

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1/4 cup dark chocolate

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a bowl (leave the melted dark chocolate out for now).

Mix until everything is well incorporated.

Transfer into a glass dish (I put a piece of baking paper at the bottom to make it easier to remove).

Press down with your hands or the bottom of the glass.

Heat up the coconut oil with some dark chocolate.

Pour the melted dark chocolate to completely cover the top.

Put in the freezer for 1 hour so it becomes solid.

Remove from freezer and cut into squares.

Serving size: 6-8 pieces
